Rhinos forward found guilty of punching by disciplinary committee
Leeds prop Kylie Leuluai will be forced to sit out the Rhinos' Super League preliminary semi-final against Catalan Dragons on Friday after receiving a one-match ban.
Leuluai, who has been absent for only one of the Rhinos' 34 matches so far this season, was given the suspension, along with a £300 fine, after being found guilty a grade B offence of punching by the Rugby Football League's disciplinary committee.
He had been cited by the RFL's match-review panel for the offence on winger Peter Fox in the last minute of the defending champion's 42-20 play-off win over Wakefield last Saturday.
Huddersfield second-row forward Brett Ferres was also suspended for one match after he was found guilty of committing a grade B dangerous lift on hooker Danny Houghton during his side's 46-10 play-off defeat at Hull on Sunday.
