Leeds Rhinos and Wigan Warriors have trips to the Huddersfield Giants and Hull KR respectively in the fifth round draw of the Challenge Cup.

Super League champions Leeds have lost six finals since winning the trophy in 1999 and face a difficult task away to the Giants, who have already claimed a win at Headingley this season.

Huddersfield, who have won the cup seven times, lost the 2006 and 2009 finals and are aiming to lift the trophy for the first time since 1953.

League leaders Wigan take on the conquers of St Helens, Hull KR. Shaun Wane's troops travel to New Craven Park in the knowledge they claimed a 84-6 win at the same venue on April 1.

Fifth round draw

Catalan v York
Hull FC v Wakefield
Workington v Widnes
Hull KR v Wigan
London v Bradford
Warrington v Salford
Huddersfield v Leeds
Sheffield v Halifax

Ties to be played weekend of May 11/12

Holders Warrington, who have won the trophy in three of the last four seasons, will take on the Salford City Reds at the Halliwell Jones Stadium. Wolves crushed Keighley at the weekend while the City Reds comfortably beat the newly-formed Gloucestershire All Golds.

Comprehensive

Hull FC welcome the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats to the KC Stadium. Both teams secured comprehensive wins over the weekend with the Black and Whites dispatching the North Wales Crusaders and Wakefield brushing aside Hemel Stags.

York City Knights' reward for toppling Toulouse is another clash with a French side as they face the Catalans Dragons. However, the North Yorkshire side will be heavy underdogs to emerge victorious from their trip to Perpignan.

London Broncos edged out Featherstone Rovers on Saturday and now tackle Francis Cummins' Bradford Bulls outfit. The West Yorkshire side claimed a 46-20 over the Broncos at Adams Park earlier this month with Jarrod Sammut helping himself to a hat-trick.

Widnes were given a scare by Doncaster and now travel to Workington in the fifth round, while there will definitely be a non-Super League team in the quarter-finals after Sheffield were paired with Halifax.

Speaking after the draw, Rhinos coach Brian McDermott believes Huddersfield will start as favourites to win the Cup tie.

"If we are going to get back to Wembley it is going to be the tough route again and I don't think this draw could have been any tougher," McDermott said.

"Huddersfield will be clear favourites. They are second in the table with only leaders Wigan having scored more points than them this season.

"They defeated us earlier in the season and will be on their own patch so we know it will take a special performance from us to beat them."
