Bradford Bulls have agreed a deal to bring Karl Pryce back to the club on a one-year contract.

The three-quarter made his debut for the Bulls in 2003 before switching codes three years later play for Gloucester.

Having struggled to make an impact at Kingsholm, Pryce returned to rugby league with Wigan Warriors in 2009 and spent last season on loan at Harlequins.

Pryce, who will wear the No.33 shirt at Bulls, said: "To play for my hometown club again is special. When I was 15, and coming through the ranks at Bradford, I think I took that a little bit for granted.

"I've played in Wigan-St Helens derbies and I'm really looking forward to getting back into a Bradford-Leeds derby again. I'm just delighted to be back here because I've missed the place.

"I said a couple of years ago that I'd always love to come back to Bradford. In fact I said when I left the club five years ago that I'd absolutely love to one day return. I've taken the long way round, via Gloucester, Wigan and Harlequins, but I'm happy to be back."
