Manase Manuokafoa: Bradford new boy suffered knee injury in training

Bradford Bulls' new signing Manase Manuokafoa will miss the start of the 2012 engage Super League season due to a knee injury.

Manuokafoa ruptured ligaments in training ahead of the Bulls' Boxing Day friendly defeat at Castleford.

The former Parramatta prop, signed as a replacement for Andy Lynch, will be out for between eight and 10 weeks.

Bradford open their Super League campaign at home to Catalans Dragons on February 5.
