London Broncos have added Tonga international full-back Nesiasi Mataitonga to their squad ahead of the new Super League season.
The 20-year-old, who has figured regularly for Cronulla's U20s over the past two years, made an impressive debut in Tonga's 16-0 World Cup victory over Italy last November.
Auckland-born Mataitonga, who can also play on the wing, is the third signing for the Broncos following the captures of former St Helens hooker Scott Moore and Hull KR forward George Griffin.
"He proved himself on the world stage and was outstanding in a tough, important game where the Tongans showed their confidence in playing him."

Broncos coach Tony Rea, who has also secured the loan services of Leeds youngsters James Duckworth, Thomas Minns and Alex Foster, said: "Nesiasi had a potentially good career in front of him in the NRL but he thought the best way to school himself was to come here.
"He proved himself on the world stage and was outstanding in a tough, important game where the Tongans showed their confidence in playing him.
"He played particularly well, winning all his effort areas and did the team things you need from a full-back. He's a potential superstar."
