London Broncos hooker Chad Randall has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a hamstring injury.

The 32-year-old has not featured for the Super League strugglers since the loss at Leeds in April.

Randall is London's longest-serving player, having joined them in in 2005, and has made 197 appearances for the club - five short of the all-time record held by fellow Australian Steele Retchless.

"I know I'm just short of Steele's record but I've had a good run in my career so far," said Randall, who is out of contract at the end of the season.

"I played over 100 consecutive games in my time here and this is the first really bad injury I've had so I can't really complain about this injury now."

Outside back Will Lovell will also miss the rest of the campaign, while forwards Matt Cook and Shane Rodney have been ruled out of Saturday's game against Warrington at Gillingham's Priestfield Stadium.

Cook suffered an ankle injury in last weekend's draw against Castleford and could be out for up to six weeks, while Rodney will see a specialist after hurting his neck in the same game.

Leading scorer Kieran Dixon should return for the Warrington match and Mike Bishay will get the chance to fill the boots of veteran scrum-half Craig Gower, who left the club this week to return to Australia.
