More woes for Quins

Image: Brown: in fine form

Stevo says that Huddersfield will heap even more pain and suffering onto Harlequins on Saturday.

Quality over effort

Harlequins coach Brian McDermott probably gets up each morning and head-butts the wall five or six times just to get ready for all the pain and agony he will have to suffer during the day. He has been left with no other option than to throw in young kids who are just not ready for Super League. They will give 100% but quality will always undo effort. Huddersfield are oozing quality while Quins are really lost at the moment. They do have Chad Randall and Danny Orr who are trying their best but all teams have to do is cut out these two options and they have Quins on the ropes. Huddersfield are just flying high at the moment and have so much quality in almost all positions. For me Kevin Brown is the pick of the bunch at present. He controls the game and creates chances almost at will - I think he is one of the most creative players we have in the Super League. Luke Robinson, the Giants halfback, may be a little perturbed that Danny Brough is coming to Huddersfield but I think it will benefit them all. Robinson will play out of his skin to show everyone that he is good enough - and he certainly is. However their coach Brown knows that if you want to get to a Grand Final then you need depth, especially in two vital position - hooker and in your halfbacks. So if Brough does come to Huddersfield, it certainly shows their intent.

Star player

Shaun Lunt has been a revelation at hooker for Huddersfield and is really making a name for himself. In fact he is playing so well that whoever takes over the England coaching role should take notice of this kid. He is red hot at the moment. He is quick and knows when to offload.

Stevo says

I cannot see anything but a convincing win for Huddersfield. Quins will give it their all but they are just lacking the quality that Huddersfield seem to have in abundance.
