Hull FC head coach Peter Gentle admits he is quietly confident his side can cause an upset against defending champions Warrington in Sunday's Challenge Cup semi-final.
The Black and Whites defeated Warrington 26-16 victory at the Halliwell Jones Stadium earlier in the season and Gentle is hoping they can take confidence from that success for the cup clash at the John Smith's Stadium.
"There are things we did pretty well in that game, things that we haven't done since, but they're not unbeatable, that's what we can take from that game," said Gentle.
"They've obviously improved a lot since then, as well, so we're going to be underdogs.
"Our form is not terrific and we're up against the form team of the competition.
"We're expecting no one to give us a chance but within our walls there is a belief that we can cause an upset."
