Ben Westwood is to open his testimonial season with a match between Warrington and Wigan in January.
The versatile 31-year-old, who joined Wolves in 2002, is looking forward to taking on the Super League Shield holders on January 26 at the Hallliwell Jones Stadium.
The Bradford-born player told the Warrington Guardian: "I'm really looking forward to a tough game against Wigan as it seems a long time since the Grand Final.
"I want to start my testimonial year with a bang.
"We should be clear this is not a pre-season friendly, it's one week before the start of the season and both teams are going to go full on to win this game."
The match will be Warrington's only home pre-season fixture ahead of the 2013 Super League campaign.
