Wakefield will be without suspended second rower Matt Ryan for Sunday's Challenge Cup tie against Leigh.
Ryan admitted a high tackle on Hull KR full-back Ben Cockayne during last Thursday's 54-6 Super League defeat.
His early guilty plea means a one-match ban, ruling him out when the Championship side visit for Sunday's sixth-round game.
Salford prop Adrian Morley, meanwhile, has avoided a ban after admitting head-butting Huddersfield's Kruise Leeming at the weekend.
Morley will now be barred from entering an early guilty plea for the next 12 months.
