Josh Perry: Sidelined for a month
St Helens have been dealt a double injury blow with the news that Josh Perry and Lance Hohaia are facing a month on the sidelines.
Australian prop Perry limped out of the 16-4 win at Widnes at the weekend after suffering a knee injury just four minutes into the match.
Hohaia completed the full 80 minutes at the Stobart Stadium but the New Zealand utility man sustained a problem with shoulder.
Paul Wellens was knocked out in a tackle by Ben Cross which resulted in the Widnes prop being shown a red card.
Saints skipper Wellens also carried on for the remainder of the match and has suffered no lasting effects so he should be included in the squad to face Hull FC on Friday.
And there is so more good news for Saints boss Nathan Brown with James Roby back in training after being forced to sit out the win over the Vikings.
