Terry O'Connor says that it is no surprise that Warrington picked Huddersfield in the club call

It was no surprise that Warrington have picked Huddersfield in the Club Call - I really did not think they wanted to take on Leeds; the team who beat them in last years Grand Final.
I believe Tony Smith not only had a chat with the chairman but he also threw it open to the players as well. They are the ones who have to go out on the night and get the performance just right.
Warrington are desperate to go one better than they did last year where they lost in the Grand Final to Leeds. I think that they feel that they let themselves and their fans down last year and will want to make amends. Last year they were the best team in the competition, this year all the talk has been about how good Huddersfield are but Warrington have played the Giants three times this year and beaten them every single time.
In recent times the team that has been ranked lowest has been the team that is picked. This year Warrington have picked the team that have finished first in the competition. The Huddersfield players will be thinking that Warrington do not rate them and they will certainly want to prove them wrong. I know Paul Anderson and the motivational talk all week will be along the lines of 'these lads don't rate you.'
In the other semi-final well Warrington will want Leeds and Wigan to just knock ten bells out of each other. Leeds have some injury worries and we are still not sure what Wigan's form is like. Until that play-off game against Huddersfield their form was shocking.
