London Broncos have signed back-rower Atelea Vea from St George Illawarra Dragons.

All-action forward Vea, 27, is an Australian of Tongan descent and began his National Rugby League career with Cronulla Sharks in 2009, representing Tonga in the Pacific Cup of that year.

He moved on to the Melbourne Storm before joining the Dragons and Broncos head coach Tony Rea said: "The squad is delighted to welcome the hard working and skilful attributes that Atelea brings to games."

Broncos have also confirmed that the three young Leeds Rhinos players, Alex Foster, 20, Thomas Minns and James Duckworth, both 19, who moved to London at the start of the season, have signed for the rest of the 2014 campaign.

Foster and Minns made their Super League debuts for the Broncos at Widnes and also featured home defeat against Salford.
