Hull KR's Sean Gleeson has suffered a broken leg
Hull KR CEO Mike Smith has confirmed centre Sean Gleeson has suffered a broken leg on the club's final day of their training camp in Tenerife.
The 26-year-old missed much of last season with a serious back injury and now the former Salford man looks set to miss the start of the new Super League campaign.
Gleeson only made six appearances for the Robins after making his debut in their 22-21 win in France over the Catalan Dragons.
"It's a real shame for Sean as, much the same as the rest of the squad, he had been training the house down and looking in great shape."

The East Yorkshire club are refusing to put a timescale on Gleeson's potential return, stating they are awaiting further information on the extent of the blow.
"Unfortunately, Sean sustained the injury on the final day of our warm weather training camp in Tenerife," Smith told the club's official website.
"It's a real shame for Sean as, much the same as the rest of the squad, he had been training the house down and looking in great shape.
"At this stage, we are unsure as to the extent of the injury and are awaiting further information, but we are hopeful of a speedy recovery and everyone at the club will be fully supporting Sean on his journey back to full fitness."
