Jordan Tansey: charged with careless high tackle on Salford's Danny Williams

Super League players James Mendeika of London Broncos and Jordan Tansey of Castleford Tigers have been charged with disciplinary offences.

Mendeika has been charged with committing the Grade B offence of using his knees during London's game against St Helens on Saturday 29 April.

Tansey has been charged with committing a Grade A careless high tackle on Salford City Reds winger Danny Williams during Saturday's match.

There was better news for Huddersfield scrum-half Luke Robinson, who has been cleared of any wrongdoing following his dismissal during the Giants' 28-20 win over Catalan Dragons in Perpignan on Saturday.

The RFL Match Review Panel also issued a formal caution to Con Mika of Hull Kingston Rovers for 'dangerous contact' on Leeds' Kevin Sinfield during Sunday's fixture.
