Gil Dudson: Ruled out for up to six weeks
Wigan Warriors prop Gil Dudson has been ruled out for up to six weeks after suffering a suspected broken bone in his hand.
Dudson suffered the injury in Friday's Super League defeat to Leeds, and he joins a long list of injured Warriors.
Head coach Shaun Wane told Wigan's official website: "I think he has broke a bone in his hand so it's looking possibly four or six weeks.
"He will have a scan again on Wednesday and he sees the specialist so we will have more idea then but the first signs are not good.
"Gil is a good player and a good bloke, it is a blow and I do feel sorry for him. He was in good form but I suppose the good thing is when he does return he will be nice and fresh with the cup competitions so there is a positive there.
"It's a good opportunity for Dom Crosby and Tom Spencer and people like that who can come into the squad and give a good account of themselves.
"These things happen and we just have to deal with it and get on with it."
Wane is still without props Lee Mossop (shoulder) and Paul Prescott (back), while Epa Lauaki is yet to feature this season because of injury.
Harrison Hansen and Anthony Gelling are also on the sidelines but Wane expects to welcome England full-back Sam Tomkins back to the line-up to face Widnes this weekend.
