Huddersfield back row Dale Ferguson has joined Super League rivals Hull KR on a month-long loan deal.
The back row, left out of the Giants' opening win at St Helens, will spend a month with the club's Super League rivals.
Rovers have turned to the Scotland international in the wake of an injury suffered by Rhys Lovegrove against Catalan Dragons.
Ryan O'Hara, Kris Welham and new signings Sean Gleeson and Travis Burns were all missing for the 32-24 defeat.
Huddersfield managing director Richard Thewlis said: "Dale Ferguson needs game time and Hull KR are suffering some injuries at the moment so the loan arrangement benefits everyone.
"It is only for a month at this stage and Dale knows he remains a Giant contractually. We look forward to watching him play."
