Second rower will be on standby for selection

Catalan Dragons forward Sébastien Raguin has been appointed as the Perpignan club's football manager. The 32-year-old second rower will take up a two-year contract at the end of the season. He will continue his playing career in the French Championship as he attempts to play in the 2013 World Cup and will remain available to play for the Catalans if needed by coach Trent Robinson. "I am very surprised but very proud and excited by this challenge," said Raguin, who has played 133 matches for the Stobart Super League club. "I also want to give myself a chance to participate in the World Cup. I will no longer be in the Dragons' top 25 next season but I will stand by in case of need." Catalan director Christopher Jouffret said: "Sebastien knows the club very well and gets along very well with Trent and all the players. For us, he has the perfect profile."
