The 32-year-old Frenchman appeared before the Rugby Football League's disciplinary panel and has avoided a ban.
The Carcassonne-born prop was found guilty and has been fined £300 for the incident.
The Dragons go into Friday's mouth-watering clash two points behind league leaders Huddersfield Giants. Champions Leeds are currently sixth.
