St Helens will be without James Graham and Paul Wellens for Friday's game against Salford.
Graham and Wellens sidelined by injury
Joint captains James Graham and Paul Wellens will both miss St Helens' visit to Salford City Reds on February 18.
Graham suffered shoulder damage during Saints' season-opening 16-16 draw with Wigan in Cardiff.
And Wellens is sidelined with the rib injury that forced him to leave the field in the second half of the same game.
St Helens also have a major worry over utility back Gary Wheeler, who has joined stand-off Leon Pryce on the injury list.
