Bosc: New Catalans captain
Catalans Dragons have appointed France international Thomas Bosc as their new captain for the 2010 season.
"He is a key player for the Catalans and the national team and I feel he is ready to take on this role"

The 26-year-old, one of seven players remaining from the club's opening Super League campaign in 2006, will lead the club in place of Greg Bird after the Australian left at the end of last season to join the Gold Coast Titans.
The half-back was awarded the post ahead of fellow international Jerome Guisset, who retains his club captain role, and makes his first outing as skipper in Saturday's pre-season friendly at Toulouse.
"Thomas has been at the club since the beginning and has improved dramatically since his debut in Super League," said coach Kevin Walters.
"He is a key player for the Catalans and the national team and I feel he is ready to take on this role.
"Jerome Guisset retains his role as club captain but his job on the field requires him to be on and off during the games and he couldn't be the team captain in these conditions."
