Stefan Ratchford: Ran the show for the Wolves in the rout of London
Warrington Wolves ran in 15 tries as they mauled London Broncos 82-10 at the Priestfield Stadium in Gillingham.
Stefan Ratchford ran the show, grabbing a try, booting 22 points and helping tear the rock-bottom Broncos apart with his pace, while Simon Grix notched a late hat-trick of tries.
The first try did not take long to arrive, Chris Hill breaking tackles easily to cross at the posts in the ninth minute and Warrington stretched clear when Joel Monaghan bundled himself over after Lee Briers' kick caused confusion in the Broncos defence.
The visitors ran in their third score when Michael Monaghan twisted and turned to lunge over from close range on 27 minutes and Richie Myler was the next to profit when he broke through a series of weak tackles to wriggle over at the sticks.
There was still time before the interval for Michael Monaghan to claim his second try after breaking more soft defence to touch down, although the Broncos did get on the board when Kieran Dixon took a long pass from Luke Dorn to cross in the corner.
It was more of the same after the break and Myler ran in his second on 42 minutes after a flowing move that involved Brett Hodgson and Briers and minutes later Ben Westwood got in on the act, cantering over after a searing break from Ratchford.
By now it was simply a matter of how many points the Wolves would score, and Ryan Atkins promptly muscled over for Warrington's eighth try in the 49th minute.
Try number nine came seven minutes later as former London loanee Chris Riley twisted over in the corner after Wolves ran it on the last tackle.
Warrington kept piling on the points with Ratchford racing home in the 58th minute before Atkins added his second after a Ratchford break four minutes later.
To their credit London did manage a further consolation try, Wolves loanee James Mendeika touching down a clever Witt kick but normal service was resumed on 71 minutes when Grix touched down, and he added a second score moments later when he clutched a Briers kick to burst over in the corner.
There was still time for Wolves to claim a 14th try, Micky Higham taking a pass from Ratchford to stroll over, and Grix claimed his hat-trick when he raced clear in the final seconds.
