The hosts currently occupy eight spot in the Super League standings and will be seeking a victory which would help them towards a play-off position.
But after their exciting 18-18 draw earlier in the season, 12-placed Broncos will harbour hopes of causing an upset.
England second-rower Gareth Ellis will make his long-awaited debut for the hosts, who are also boosted by the return of stand-off Daniel Holdsworth.
He will renew his half-back partnership with Richard Horne, with Aaron Heremaia dropping to the bench.
The return of skipper Ellis and half back Holdsworth is a huge boost to coach Peter Gentle.
He told the club's official website: "To have them back is a massive lift as they were our two key off season signings and when you've got players of their calibre coming back in, they're not going to come off the bench, you're going to start them.
"That means two players have got to make way to start with and it's been probably the toughest decisions I've had to make in the 18 months I've been here."
London coach Tony Rea brings back second-rower Shane Grady and centre David Howell, who has been out with a broken arm since the opening game of the season.
Meanwhile, loan centre James Mendeika is available to make his second appearance after avoiding suspension.
Hull squad: Bowden, T. Briscoe, Crooks, Ellis, Green, Holdsworth, Heremaia, Horne, Houghton, Johnson, Lineham, Lynch, McDonnell, O'Meley, Pitts, Watts, Westerman, Whiting, Yeaman.
London Broncos squad: Bailey, Bryant, Cook, Dixon, Dollapi, Dorn, Fisher, Gower, Grady, Howell, Hurst, Kaufusi, Krasniqi, Lee, Lovell, Mendeika, Robertson, Sarginson, Witt.
