Verdict

Andrea Atzeni: "It was my first ever ride at Hamilton and I didn't even get the chance to walk the track as I had flown up from York and got here with 25 minutes to spare. The thing about Mijhaar is to get him settled which I did and he was only a little keen. I wound things up rounding the turn and he stayed on really well for me. Gelding him during the winter has helped him and he should stay further. This is no surprise to us as he's always been a nice horse and has ran in good races. He is definitely a horse to look forward."
