A fair nursery on paper with the topweight and favourite holding an entry for the Cheveley Park Stakes and Fillies Mile. She had the winner of the opening maiden on the card behind when opening her account and had since gone close in a nursery. However, Kieren Fallon never looked happy aboard the daughter of Sir Percy in the first half of the race who did remarkably well to stay on for fifth having met trouble in running. She is capable of picking up a similar contest. Devdas had made steady progress in his maidens, running a nice newcomer of Sir Henry Cecil's close at Leicester last time. He appreciated the step up to a mile and was good value for his win; he has a smart pedigree and should continue to progress with middle distances well within his range next season. Tingo In The Tale was proven over the trip and on soft ground following his Brighton success and did best of those held-up having momentarily been short of room when trying to challenge and can be placed to advantage. Mizbah raced wider on the track than the first two and appeared to be struggling until picking up late on; this was a fairly workmanlike display but he may have more to offer over middle distances next season. Glee was always well placed but didn't see out the longer trip as well as the principals. Manomine and Benzanno showed improved form for the switch to handicapping/longer trips and should be capable of making their mark in an average nursery. Moon Trip dropped out quickly and may have found the run coming too soon after his easy win at Leicester.
