Verdict

Several come into this with winning form, including Lady Paris who had something in hand when scoring over 6f at Nottingham last week. Queen Of Cash is another on a quest for a hat-trick, while Caelis has won two of her last three starts. There doesn't appear to be much to choose between Richard Fahey's three runners on the form book and No Poppy has run well without reward since winning a Leicester claimer in May. La Zamora stepped up on her reappearance when fourth at Hamilton earlier this month but David Barron may have better prospects with SHESASTAR. The filly has always given the impression she'll appreciate this longer trip and Jamie Spencer, who drove her to victory at Doncaster in June, is back in the plate today. She gets the vote, though Perfect Silence and Imaginary World are consistent sorts who shouldn't be far away again.
