In depth

Verdict

All eyes will be on Liber Nauticus on her return as she's already prominent in the Oaks betting having won an ordinary maiden at Goodwood on her only start last year. We'll find out how good she is today but WOODLAND ARIA could prove better value. She is 20/1 for next month's fillies' classic at Epsom but John Gosden won this with subsequent Group 1 winner The Fugue last season and presumably big things are expected of his Wolverhampton maiden winner as well. Indigo Lady sets the standard with a third in Group Three company at Chantilly to her name and she'll go well along with Hollowina, fifth in the Cheshire Oaks at Chester last week. Handicap winner Romantic Settings has plenty on her plate, however, and Discernable is even harder to fancy.
