It's a surprise to see SEA MOON in a handicap and he'll need to win this impressively to take up options in the King Edward VII Stakes next week and in the Irish Derby. Sir Michael Stoute's superbly-bred colt was surprisingly beaten on his debut at Leicester before ploughing through the Yarmouth mud to land the odds in October. Faster conditions will be a big help and he should go on to better things. Adlington didn't have much to do to land a minor race at Musselburgh but is on the upgrade as is Tasheyaat, whose close third to Dancing Rain at Newmarket could hardly have been better advertised. She scrambled home against Hairstyle at Salisbury subsequently but they were well clear and the runner-up could be useful. Mariachi Man is tough and consistent while Iceblast should be suited by this much longer trip after staying on strongly over 7f on his last two starts on this track. Flag Officer will need to improve on his comeback run at Newmarket but this dual Polytrack winner should be capable of doing so.
