Verdict

HAIL PROMENADER could be a different proposition now he has fast ground for the first time this season. He scored off a 7lb higher mark over course and distance last season and doesn't race in this lowly grade very often. Enriching is interesting as better was clearly expected on his reappearance over an extra furlong here at the start of the month as he was sent off favourite - he was a progressive sort last year. Jonnie Skull can never be ignored here and appears to have the beating of subsequent Lingfield scorer Pink Lips and Spin Again on their run together over 7f here last month.
