        Verdict

        Strawberrymystique, a half-sister to the smart Strawberrydaiquiri, got off the mark in a handicap on the Polytrack in March but hasn't been seen since and is 7lb higher on her Turf debut. We prefer VIKING ROSE, who didn't give her true running at Leicester last time but has yet to finish out of the frame in six previous starts on this track and is a pound lower than when second over 1m on fast ground last month, though is closely matched with third Our Gal on that run. Laverre won over 1m2f at Pontefract last time but may find this trip on the sharp side nowadays and Silken Thoughts is in the handicapper's grip judged on her run at Newmarket. Ssafa was third at Wolverhampton three weeks ago but her best form is on the all-weather.
