There was a difference of over three lengths between HACHI and Polly Macho when they met in one of these last time and on the same terms it¿s difficult to see that form being reversed so the former is preferred to land this seller with Xaara Star also on the shortlist. The selection has placed in two starts at this lowly level since leaving the maiden ranks and the latest of those runs saw her well held in third behind a horse now rated at 70. In the context of this race that's not bad form and she should build on that. Polly Macho has those three lengths to find to beat the pick but his performance in that race has him as next best. Connections of Xaara Star will be hoping first time blinkers will spark something in her and she should be in close attendance after good run last time. Mick Channon's Botley Bell has a bit to prove but has the scope to show more so in another tricky race Hachi is the percentage pick.
