    Verdict

Winning form is at somewhat of a premium for this handicap and with that in mind NELSON'S BOUNTY looks to have a clear chance. A winner over what has turned out to be a well handicapped runner last time the gelding is making just his third handicap start and that last run left the impression there is more to come. Law Of The Range won on his handicap bow before his stamina gave out last time and now back down in trip should go better and bits of Opening Nite's form might mean he's well-treated now sent out in these ranks. This won't take much winning and Nelson's Bounty has a good opportunity to follow up.
