Verdict

ENCAPSULATED has a 6lb penalty for Saturday's victory at Bath, when Dark Lane was almost ten lengths behind, but his rider can claim 8lb so Roger Ingram's charge can go in again. Tony Carroll has two representatives with Belle Bayardo, who has been running well enough though in very minor company, more likely to come out best of the pair. Fathom Five hasn't won on Turf since 2010 and only once on Fibresand in that period though he's now dropped to his lowest ever mark on his 76th start. Imaginary Diva is very much at home around here and has scored from a higher mark in the past.
