    Verdict

Ocean Tempest certainly wasn't winning out of turn at Chester five days ago but is going to find this tough under a penalty. At the opposite end of the handicap, COMRADE BOND is back on a winning mark and two of his three course and distance victories have come on soft ground. A big run is anticipated and he can get the better of Shesastar, another who is potentially well treated, and June's Newmarket winner Azrur. The going may not suit Albaqaa and Tipping Over hasn't progressed as expected while Les Troyens, Rebellious Guest and Intimidate have all been out of sorts.
