Trainer Willie Haggas took this race last year and has a good chance to keep it with MONAADEMA who carries our selection in preference to Elisiario and Mudhish. It's been nearly a year since with last saw the selection but he left us with a favourable impression progressing nicely from his d¿t to comfortably land a Warwick maiden. His runs so far suggest he'll want the rain to stay away and given he is allotted a fair looking mark on handicap debut he seems to be the one to be with. Ellisario has progressed nicely on the all-weather circuit culminating in back to back victories at Southwell in his last couple of outings. The form from his last success is solid and suggest his mark rise is fair, however the ground may be a little quick. Mudish just missed out on a weak looking handicap last time at Kempton but given the assessor has eased his rating by two pounds he must be respected while Ellusive Hak was just held over course and distance last month and should go well despite an extra four pounds on his back. This looks a decent little contest where Monaadema has the call.
