MAKYAAL couldn't quite get past Quite A Catch at Chepstow 11 days ago but that looked a stronger contest than this and John Dunlop's colt can open his account here, despite a 3lb weight rise. Hierarch has been sent off favourite for his last two starts but the confidence proved misplaced and David Simcock's four-year-old is still seeking a first win on turf. Zaheeb may have found the ground too soft over C&D last time and should do better today, though he does have a lot of ground to make up if he's to overturn that form with Larkrise Star. Yakama popped up off a higher mark over C&D in May last year but his form since has left a lot to be desired.
