Verdict

It's impossible to ignore the claims of REFUSE COLETTE, who has been found another poor race in which to continue her winning run. All of her three recent victories have been here, two over the trip, but she's 9lb higher than her latest success and her winning run will end soon. Danzoe was 18l behind here last time while Uprise has been unable to handle a 6lb rise for his recent course and distance success. Ray Of Joy hasn't won on Turf for well over two years but has generally competed at a slightly higher level and if the likely favourite has come to the end of her tether he's the most likely to take advantage.
