In depth

Verdict

LYSINO arrives with a penalty for last week's victory but he won so easily that the extra shouldn't pose a problem and he can complete a quick double despite this being a better race. Oscatara has gone backwards since landing a point-to-point and a novice hurdle and has been given a break since a poor run at Haydock in March. He's better than that while Tresor De Bontee is also attempting to redeen his reputation. Richard Lee's charge completed a long range double at Uttoxeter which included a winning start over fences though both victories were on very heavy ground. Un Anjou gained his only victory over fences at Warwick in December but is still 12lb higher but Morgan's Bay is generally competitive at this sort of level and not badly treated.
