Verdict

It could be significant that Rebecca Curtis is putting STRONG SOUL back over timber after a couple of runs in decent company over fences. The six-year-old probably has a bit more to offer and can break his duck under Rules in a race in which there are question marks hanging over many of his rivals. Winning pointer Dot Or Feather should improve on his fifth at Uttoxeter, however, and has the beating of Quotidian on that run, while Cousin Maggie has shown signs of ability in the past though is a bit more exposed than some.
