Verdict

Quel Bruere was only beaten a short-head over course and distance 10 days ago and a repeat of that effort would see him go close in this off the same mark. Rudigreen won at Sedgefield in May and was fourth behind Dom Lukka, who runs in the previous race, at Fontwell last time while Numbercruncher was still in touch when falling in a better race at Ffos Las last month, though might prefer softer ground. WINSTON CHURCHILL didn't handle an easier surface at Hexham last time and was pulled up. But he'd been knocking on the door earlier and is probably worth another chance at this level. Chilbury Hill was tailed off when pulled up in a selling hurdle last time and is best watched for now.
