Canina, Briery Blaze and Sovereignty look the three to concentrate on here and the vote is given to Canina. The selection is a course and distance winner and she ran her best race for some time here last time out when fourth behind Bond Playboy. She goes well for her young rider and she looks the percentage call. Briery Blaze also finished fourth here last time behind Crimson Fern but that was over 7f and she may find this a little on the sharp side. Sovereignty ran well for a long way at Kempton last time but he could not sustain the effort. However, he goes well here so he has to be respected, although he is another that is probably better over further. Avontuur has a good draw and could prove best of the rest, but for the winner we will stick with Canina.
