        Verdict

        BOA was well beaten over hurdles recently but had gone close when third at Bath before that. He's dropped in class today and the booking of Jamie Spencer takes the eye. Maoi Chinn Tire could also figure on the evidence of his placed form, but Wrecking Crew is 7lb higher than when winning an amateurs' race here in May. Dane Cottage has done his winning over shorter trips, while Turjuman has gone off the boil since scoring at Chepstow in June.
