Verdict

Red Trump makes a quick reappearance after last week's modest debut at Kempton so presumably connections think him capable of better, while Somemothersdohavem improved to finish runner-up over a longer trip here last time. Nip And Tuck failed to build on his debut sixth with a poor effort at Lingfield latest and Paul Hanagan rides the well beaten Moorside Magic rather than stablemate and newcomer Gabrial's Lexi. Arte Del Calcio may well have progressed since August's debut at Newmarket, but the vote goes to the 150,000gns colt LANARKSHIRE, who could prove up to winning in this company at the first time of asking.
