In depth

Verdict

ESTEAMING never figured in heavy ground at Doncaster last time but has decent claims on his earlier placed effort at York. He tries his hand on the all-weather for the first time and may be good enough. Cerutty beat nothing of note to land a maiden race here recently and faces a stiffer task but Vivat Rex drops back down in class after failing to figure in Listed company. The remainder are all struggling for form including previous course winners Personal Opinion and The Lock Master.
