Verdict

A tough race to call with some powerful yards represented. Enthusiastic, Perfect Heart and Spiritoftomintoul finished in that order behind Castili Del Diablo at Newmarket when separated by only three lengths and it's anybody's guess which one will come out best today. Maun Vrat made a promising debut over today's trip at Lingfield and she has a chance along with Shada and New Drama. However, a speculative vote goes the way of MAORI DANCER, a 180,000gns purchase as a two-year-old and partnered by Jamie Spencer for his racecourse debut.
