Verdict

Lovelace has every chance at the weights, but his losing run stretches back to May last year and he should have finished closer in similar company over a longer trip here last time. Autumn Blades is clear on official ratings, but ran a shocker on his first start for Ruth Carr and looks flattered by his mark, while Cootehill Lass gets a first-time visor having been a disappointing favourite on her return to Polytrack earlier this month. FAITHFUL RULER has returned to action in good heart, however, and needs only to run up to the form of his C&D victory at the start of the month to come out on top once again here.
