Verdict

Well Owd Mon has shown some improvement of late and romped home by eight lengths over course and distance earlier this month. He's shot up the weights as a result but is still preferred to stablemate Spanish Plume. Mcbirney was closing on all-the-way winner Ela Goog La Mou over 1m2f at Yarmouth last week and is well enough handicapped to get involved over this longer trip but SIAN GWALIA has a terrific record over track and trip and makes more appeal. She has been left on the same mark as when just touched off by All The Winds here last week when Spanish Plume was only fifth.
