Union Jack Jackson is expected to continue his good form at the expense of Winthorpe and Carcinetto. The switch to shorter trips appear to have worked the oracle as far as winning is concerned and in a weak affair, he has to rate as the percentage pick. Winthorpe comes to the table with a penalty accrued for a recent victory. He is a horse that has needed everything to fall right for him in the past so a follow-up success is far from guaranteed. Carcinetto hails from a stable that is in form. There is no winning form around Dunstall Park over six but she could profit if the leaders go off too fast. Another Genepi continues his search for his first victory after numerous fruitless starts. Indian Lady is watched in the market for any signs of confidence. Milton Bradley's horses are running slightly better these days so Briery Lane cannot be discounted too readily. Desert Light is a tricky ride and will certainly test all the skills of his pilot tonight. Union Jack Jackson comes into the race in some semblance of form and rates as the selection.
