Iced Diamond, Joshua's Gold and Fulvio are three against the field in a tough race to call for punters and the vote is given to Iced Diamond. The selection was a fair fourth of a similar mark behind Snow Bunting last time, this looks easier and with his yard continuing in good form he will be hard to beat. Jodhua's Gold rates the main danger on his latest third behind African Gift but he often finds less than expected off the bridle and is passed over for that reason. Fulvio is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he has been done no favours by the draw. Of the remainder Taranaki is well in on his best form but he is creeping back up the weights without winning and with this in mind for the winner we are happy to return to Iced Diamond.
