Verdict

C&D winner PIPPY was beaten three lengths over a longer trip last time. Dropping down a grade for this, Tom Dascombe's colt can return to winning ways. Columella has claims despite her win coming over the minimum trip, though she's been done favours by the draw, while Zain Spirit could also be thereabouts if posting one of his better efforts. Vino Collapso's win came on the Fibresand and it was soft ground when Delores Rocket scored over 6f at Carlisle last time but Camp Floyd and Sand Grouse are handicap debutants to keep an eye on.
